Scope and Contents

Frances Cannon, one of the daughters of Thomas Cannon heretofore of Ickford, Buckinghamshire, received of Silvester Rumball of Ickford, Buckinghamshire a "sufficient and good security by Bond for the paym[en]t of ... a Legacy" from her father.

William Cannon, brother of Frances Cannon and executor of the testament of Thomas Cannon, sold certain lands to Rumball in order to satisfy the legacy due to Frances Cannon, according to her father's will.
