Mary Payne, widow & executrix of the will of John Payne, late of Mellbourne, Cambridgeshire.

For £150, consideration money for an assignment of lease of several pieces of land (including "woodground") in Weston, Hertfordshire, from Mary Payne to Jeremy Elwes and Geoffery Elwes, trustees of William Hale. The assignment and payment was made at and by the direction and appointment of Henry Beecher of Weston.

On leaf 1v, a second receipt from Edward Lawndey to Henry Becher by the hands of William Hale for £168 for the use of Mary Paine.
