Scope and Contents

Stuffs delivered for the making of costumes "for the Yeryshe maske" probably either "a greater maske of Allmaynes pylgryms and Iryshmen", shown at Whitehall on St. Mark's Day, 1557, or William Baldwin's Play of the state of Ireland prepared for Candlemas, 1552/53, given Easter, 1553. Endorsed in Cawarden's autograph: "Accwoorth byll of Reconyng."
