Judgment in a dispute concerning right and title to a piece of land called Lady acre and a parcel of woodland lying in Langley wood, which Wingate determines to belong to Rowland Hale. Wingate orders that John Read quitclaim and release his claim on the title, and that Hale remise and release all actions of trespass suits or demands he might have against Read.
