Refers to lease of certain lands in Crowden (i.e. Croydon) and adjoining towns in Cambridgeshire from Cage to Rose Hale, her executors and assignees. Consists of the following sections: "The substance of the bill" (leaf 1), "The substance of the answare" (leaf 2), Depositions "Ex parte Quer." (leaves 3-4) and "Ex parte deft. (leaves 5-6), and "The account stands thus" (leaves 6-7).
