Processing Information note

Question: John Cock of "Brokkesborne" (Broxbourne), Hertfordshire is only name I see...I don't feel on v. steady ground here, because I'm not sure what's going on in the language, esp. with all the abbreviations - but salutation at beginning ("Rex Omnibus ad quos...") and some of the language buried on leaf 2 ("dedimus et concessimus, ac per presentes damus et concedimus") point towards "grant"
