An account of the journey to [Oc?ly?] and the demand of quit rent from Mr. Chenells, tenant. Also refers to meeting Mr. Butler the Elder, Sir John Nicholas' oldest tenant and land known as Wallys or Nyes. On leaf 2v, a note dated 6 May 1700, also referring to Mr. Butler and land called Nyes.
