Letter from Sir Edward Aston to Richard Bagot, 1591? December 4
Item — Box: L.a.1-L.a.50
Identifier: L.a.23
Scope and Contents
Hopes for their good returning from France and the Earl of Essex's success in his suits at Court. Will not meddle in the broils between Trew and the Chetwynds because he will have nothing to do with old [John] Chetwynd, who bears him a most cankered and malicious mind and lives like a base and dunghill fellow in comparison with the writer.
