Authorizes Wynn and Blackwell to collect £1100 in accordance with an indenture tripartite between Hugh Hare of the Inner Temple, London (now deceased) of the first part, Sir George Perient of Little Ayot, Hertfordshire of the second part, and Sir Nicholas Trott of Quickswood, Hertfordshire of the third part. Upon receipt, Wynn and/or Blackwell are to deliver an acquittance to Sir Nicholas Trott.
