Written on board the Mary Hammose, on board the Mary Galley, Yarmouth Roads, from Plymouth, from Berehaven, Ireland, on board the Severn, Kinsale, from Whitecross St., Finsbury, London, from Anzuan (Johanna), (one of the Cormoro islands in the Mozambique Channel). X.d.451 (200-201) mentions the burial of Captain Christopher Moore. X.d.451 (209) has an endorsement by Elizabeth (Rich) Civel, July 5, 1701.
