Scope and Contents

The plaintiff's bill in this case was to review and reverse a decree made in the case of Sir Anthony Cage (now deceased) against Rose Hale and the now defendant Rowland Hale. The case was heard by the Lord Keeper of the Great Seal (i.e. Orlando Bridgeman) assisted by Mr. Justice Tyrrell (possibly Thomas Tyrrell?) and Mr. Justice Morton.

Endorsed: Order dismission Slingsby con Hale.
