References the sale and former assignment of lands from Margaret Yarbrough, relict of John Yarbrough of Alvingham, to George Lambart; these premises were before the time of this indenture "intended and meant to be to the onely use and behoof of Katherine Yarbrough & Richard Howes & Elizabethe his wife & their heyres executors or Assignes and to no other purpose w[ha]tsoever." Also includes a separate acquittance from George Lambart for money received from William Gilbert (husband of Katherine Yarbrough) and Richard Howes.

Endorsed: Mr. Georg Lambarts Release & Assignments w[i]th his acquittance, 28 April 1663.
