Of certain rights in lands heretofore belonging to Sir Edwin Rich and Sir Charles Rich, provided this does not prejudice their annuity of £100, made in pursuance of an order in the High Court of Chancery in Peter Civel and Elizabeth Civel v. Sir Robert Rich and Mary Rich.
