Discusses in particular the position of the Jews and the remission of Alien duty and includes copies of the petitions of Thomas Pennington and of divers merchants in and about the city of London, to the King in Council, William's order in Council for collecting the Alien duty outward, the merchants' address of thanks to William, and the petition of the English merchants to the House of Commons.
