Useful discussion of numerous procedural questions, some touching on the history of the intitution of the conclave. Something of the purely physical aspect of the conclaves is presented in the engraved folding Pianta at fol. 80, which shows the cells assigned to the electors in the Conclave of 2 June, 1667, at the death of Alexander VII.
