They state to other commissioners that John Dodge, one of the Queen's ordinary servants, "is valued here before vs after the rate of xx£ in goodes."

For the "forrage deliver'd by Messrs. Farriseau, Goris & partners to his Majestys Troopes in Flanders in the Winter Quarters 1697." With Ranelagh's signed note "I desire Mr. Hill to examin and State these Accompts, pursuant to the Orders of the Treasury."
