Comberbach agrees to convey to Phillipps "severall houses in the [par]ish of St. James Bristoll w[hi]ch are now in morgage to Mrs. Vaux" and that Mr. Comberbach's two brothers shall convey to Phillips 40 shilling a year "at the same rate [pro]porc[i]onally as the sayd Mr. Phillipps gives for his interest in the houses."
