Refers to a feoffment tripartite between William Violett, Edward Pate, and Susan Pate of the first part, Thomas Booth of the second part, and William Stistead and John Walker of the third part.

Beckengham, Surrey is probably Beckenham, now part of Greater London.

Includes rents due, but location not given. Names include Mr. Tempest, Giles Ray, James Warner, et al. Also includes payments to Mr. Feile, Jo: Hoskins, and "to my cosens Mynn" and an order "to pay to Mr. Watts, to be lent to the King."

References to Giles Ray and cousins Mynne suggest accounts of the Hale family.
